Getting an 'Oops, looks like the form is missing' error on the PPMA link

Well, this is annoying. The registration path seems completely broken for the 2026 PPMA show. As soon as the page tries to fetch the form data, a huge ‘Form not found’ error takes up the whole screen. It looks like someone accidentally deleted the active form template or broke the link integration. Let me know if it starts working again.
