Where did the form go? Error says 'Oops, something went wrong' on the packaging expo page

Anyone else trying to open the registration link and just getting hit with this ‘Oops, something went wrong’ error? There’s absolutely no registration form on the page, just that generic error text. Tried refreshing multiple times and switching browsers, but the form is completely gone. Is the site having a major meltdown or undergoing unannounced maintenance right now?
