Registration form won't let me advance past the company details section

Clicking the official registration link for the PPMA Show immediately brings up a bizarre error message saying ‘Oops, looks like the form is missing.’ It seems like the database connection might be completely unlinked on their website right now. Does anyone have an alternative mirror link to register, or do we just have to wait for a fix?

I’m using Chrome and also tried the registration link in incognito mode, but the issue is still occurring.

I sent a screenshot for reference. Now the error message says “Looks like this form is missing.”
