PPMA Show 2026 registration broken: 'Form not found' after clicking link

Tried registering for PPMA Show 2026 today, but the registration link keeps showing a “Form Not Found” error. I refreshed the page and even tried a different browser, but it’s still not working.

Is anyone else facing the same issue, or is there another way to register?

Could you please confirm whether the “Form Not Found” message appears immediately after opening the page or only after clicking the registration button?

It appears after clicking “Continue to Registration”. The registration page opens, but instead of displaying the form, it shows a “Form Not Found” error.

I tried refreshing the page and testing it in different browsers, but the issue remains the same.
