Stuck on page 1 of the PPMA packaging expo form—anyone else?

The entire registration questionnaire for the packaging show was just completed, but now at the very end, the final submit button is completely grayed out. Scrolling back up to check for a missed mandatory checkbox yielded nothing—everything looks fully filled. Has anyone else run into this glitch at the final step?
