Session to session variation confusing users

Users notice when the same request gets a different response in a new session. Even if the model is behaving as designed, that inconsistency makes the product feel less trustworthy and harder to rely on.

This usually happens because session context, retrieval inputs, or model settings are not stable enough. A small change in the surrounding state can lead to a noticeably different answer, especially when prompts are loose or the system is highly generative.

The fix is to make the important parts of the flow more consistent and more observable. When users understand what changes from one session to another, they stop assuming the product is random.
