Weak feedback loops

Weak feedback loops slow AI improvement because the team cannot see clearly where the system is failing or what users actually need. Without strong feedback, each iteration is based more on assumption than evidence.

That leads to a lot of wasted effort. The team may keep improving the wrong things while the real issues remain hidden in usage patterns, escalation behavior, or abandoned sessions.

Good feedback loops shorten the distance between user experience and product changes. Once that loop is tight, the system can improve much faster.
