In charge of data strategy and coordination of underlying IT projects, data governance with an open data approach, management of transversal projects (datalake ingestion, ING client portfolio migration to Boursorama, CRM redesign, GDPR compliance), recruitment and management of a multidisciplinary team (~10 people), Agile/Scrum methodology, and orchestration of a multichannel, personalized customer interaction plan.
