Trying to register for the UK processing expo but the page is just completely blank

Every single time the link to register for the UK packaging expo is clicked, the browser tries to load for about two minutes before giving a ‘connection timed out’ error. It’s incredibly frustrating. Anyone else experiencing this network lag?
