1. How do I create an account on eTechIntel?

Answer:

Click on the 'Register' button at the top-right corner.  
Fill your **name, email, and password**, verify your email, and log in.  
Once done, you can start posting, commenting, and engaging with the community.  

2. How do I introduce myself in the community?

Answer:
Go to the Introduce Yourself forum.

Write a short post including:
– Your Name / Username
– Where you’re from 
– What you do (student, developer, tech learner…)
– Your areas of interest (AI, Cloud, Automation…)
– Why you joined eTechIntel

Example:

"Hi everyone! I’m Sarah from Berlin. I love AI & Cloud Computing and joined to learn and share knowledge with tech enthusiasts."  

3. How do I participate in discussions?

Answer:

- Browse forums or topics of your interest.  
- Click **Reply** to comment on a topic.  
- To start a new discussion, click **Create New Topic** in the relevant forum.  
- Engage respectfully, ask questions, and share knowledge.

4. Can I edit or delete my posts?

Answer:

Yes. While logged in, click the **Edit** or **Delete** option on your post.  
Some restrictions may apply based on forum rules or moderation policies.

5. What should I do if I see inappropriate content?

Answer:

- Click **Report** on the post.  
- Provide details and our moderators will review it promptly.  
- Do not engage with or escalate the content yourself.  

6. How do I update my profile?

Answer:

Go to **Account → View profile → ⚙ → Edit Profile**.  
You can update your **name, bio, profile picture,  cover photo**.  

7. Are there rules I must follow?

Answer:

Yes, please read the **Community Guidelines**.  
Be respectful, avoid spam, and post content relevant to the topic or forum.

8. How can I access blogs, tutorials, and resources?

Answer:

On eTechIntel, use the 'Navigation Bar' at the top and go to the relevant sections:

'Technology' – Explore articles and tutorials in categories like:

Click **Forgot Password** on the login page.  
Enter your registered email or username, and follow the instructions to set a new password.

13. Can I add images or files in my posts?

Answer:

Yes. While creating or replying to a post, use the **Upload / Attach File** option.  
Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, PDF, DOCX (size limit may apply).

14. How do I use tags effectively?

Answer:

Add 2–5 tags per post to make it **searchable**.  
Use relevant keywords like AI, Cloud, Automation, Data Science, Blockchain.

15. Can I track my contributions?

Answer:

Yes. Visit your **Profile → Activity** to see your posts, replies, and topics created.

16. How do I suggest a new feature or improvement?

Answer:

Go to the Contact Us page.  
Submit your idea with a clear description and category.

17. How do I search for specific topics?

Answer:

Use the **Search Bar** at the top of the forum.  

18. Can I pin my own topic?

Answer:

Only moderators or admins can pin topics.  
If you want your topic highlighted, request **moderator support**.
